Scenario A: Client, nominated to be the legal representative of the estate, such as the Executor or Executrix, and seeks to probate the last Will of the deceased through the Probate Court. We assist client to file the petition to probate the Will and then carry out the necessary actions throughout the probate process, including the preparation of the final accounting and distribution of assets.
Scenario B: Same as Scenario A, except the deceased either left no Will, the surviving family cannot find a Will, or the deceased had more than one Will.
